Inner Cushion Sides

• Wash at 60°C on a gentle cycle.
• The cushion filling is made of ultra-soft, open-cell foam. To maintain its longevity, proper care is essential.
• Wash the inner cushion with a mild detergent at temperatures up to 60°C. Avoid using chlorinated or aggressive chemical detergents.
• Brownish discolouration of the foam may occur over time but does not impact its quality.
• After washing, remove as much water as possible using the spin cycle. For best results, air dry on a rack. Tumble drying at 60°C is also possible, but be careful not to over-dry.
• Regularly plump the inner cushion to keep it fluffy and in shape.

Mattress

• Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
• Wet wash using a mild detergent at temperatures up to 30°C. Do not use chlorinated or harsh chemical washing additives, as they may damage the memory foam.
• After washing, spin out excess water. The mattress is best dried by air on a rack, though it can be tumble dried at 60°C if necessary.

Cover

• Washable at 30°C or suitable for dry cleaning.
• After washing, air dry on a rack. Do not iron the fabric. If needed, iron on a low temperature.
• For easy cleaning between washes, dog hair can be beaten out or vacuumed with an upholstery brush.
• To remove stains, press a damp cloth onto the affected area and wipe in circular motions. Repeat as needed. For stubborn stains, a mild detergent may be used.
• Avoid solvents, concentrated scouring agents, or solvent-based cleaners containing DMF (dimethyl formamide), ketones, esters, methylbenzene, or toluene.
