Inner Cushion Sides

• Wash at 60°C on a gentle cycle.
• The cushion filling is made of soft, open-cell foam. To maintain longevity, proper care is key.
• Wash the inner cushion with a mild detergent at temperatures up to 60°C. Avoid using chlorinated or harsh chemical detergents.
• A brownish discolouration of the foam may occur but does not affect its quality.
• After washing, use the spin cycle to remove as much water as possible. Air dry on a rack for best results, although tumble drying at 60°C is acceptable. Avoid over-drying.
• Regularly plump the inner cushion to help it retain its fluffiness and shape.

Mattress

• Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
• Wet wash using a mild detergent at temperatures up to 30°C. Do not use highly chlorinated or harsh chemical washing products, as this can damage the memory foam.
• After washing, spin to remove excess water. Air dry on a rack, or tumble dry at 60°C if necessary.

Cover

• Washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle or suitable for dry cleaning.
• Air dry on a rack after washing. Iron on a low heat if needed.
• For easy cleaning in between washes, dog hair can be easily beaten out or vacuumed using an upholstery brush attachment.
• To remove stains, press a damp cloth onto the affected area and gently wipe in circular motions. Repeat as necessary. For stubborn stains, a mild detergent may be used.
• When cleaning, avoid solvents or harsh scouring agents. Do not use solvent-based products containing DMF, ketones, esters, methylbenzene, or toluene.
